I've been getting more and more requests lately, so I thought this was worth announcing.
(Wasn't planning on doing this through DA much, but in some respects it's easier than through Etsy, so why not?)

Pricing/Payment;
Let me know the details of what you're looking for and I can give you an estimate on price, time-frame, and shipping costs. I only accept payments in U.S. dollars.
I do not accept "points", sorry.

---Methods of Payment; On Etsy, I accept Paypal, Etsy Gift Cards, and credit card payments through Etsy's direct checkout. For orders not taking place on Etsy, I only accept payment through PayPal. I will need your Paypal account linked email address to send you an invoice.


Orders under $50 must be paid in full before work begins.
Orders over $50 need at least half of the full amount up front (as a down payment) before work begins.
Finished orders will not be sent without receiving full payment first.
Because of how their site works, all orders placed through Etsy must be paid in full upon purchase.
I send photos/previews of commissions to clients for approval on small projects before shipping them out, with regular updates for larger projects. I'm always willing to do what I can to correct any problems with an order, but I don't give refunds for people who change their minds and any major changes to an order once I start working on them may result in additional fees. (So please make sure you really want something before commissioning me, and before sending payment thank you)

Shipping (U.S.);
Small boxes = $5.80
Flat rigid mailers = $3.00
Standard Letter Envelopes = $1.00
Actual shipping costs may vary depending on your order, but those are the general rates.
I combine-ship whenever possible.

Refunds;
I don't except returns or exchanges on custom work.
No refunds will be issued if you cancel an order after I've already received payment and started working on your order.
If for some reason I can't complete an order, I will send a refund (I don't try to scam people).

I try to stick to my Etsy Shop policies for custom work; www.etsy.com/shop/KyleLefort/p… , but in some circumstances, I'm pretty flexible.
